Next up we have the Sony Tablet S and Tablet P. The former has been around for several months and features a 9.4″ display with 1280×800 resolution, a dual-core Tegra 2 CPU running at 1.0GHz, plus dual cameras and 32GB of storage. It’s running on Android 3.2 but will soon get an ICS upgrade. It can be had for 0 at Best Buy and Amazon. The Tablet P is the more interesting of the two. It has a unique dual-screen design. Look for the Tablet P to be available on AT&T, though no availability and pricing has not been announced.
